Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
• Products are damaged at the time of delivery or pickup
• An incorrect item is delivered due to an error on our part

Water Bottle & Container Policy (If Applicable)
• Bottle or container deposits are refundable when returned in good condition
• No refunds will be issued for bottles or containers that are returned in poor condition, lost, damaged, or not returned
